Francesca Bogani Amadori (b. 1990, Lima) is an interdisciplinary artist based in Helsinki. Through their work, they explore the (in)visible power structures that shape everyday experiences and understanding of self within the complexities of geopolitical and sociocultural dynamics. Their recent projects explore the intersection of place and individuals through performance, walking, mapping, and active listening. Bogani Amadori's work spans various mediums, including audiovisual installations, video art, photography, soundscapes, participatory sound-walks and sound-maps, and experimental and academic writing.
